Policies and Terms

Please read these policies and terms carefully. All sales and services are subject to these policies. Please contact us if you have any questions. Please note that these policies are non-negotiable, and cannot make exceptions. We reserve the right to modify or change the Policies and Terms at our discretion. Orders placed after any modifications or changes take place will be subject these Policies and Terms. These policies and terms apply to all sales and services.

 

Artwork Design policy

We will work with you to optimize your design to work with our service offerings. While we assist with color correction and optimization required, our design services are limited to preparing your artwork (digitizing) for use in our services. 

Digitizing your artwork will require additional time and expense. You must call us to discuss your requirements.

 

Process order time

Please allow from 2 weeks to 3 weeks for your order to be completed and shipped. Larger orders of 6 or more items may take longer than 3 weeks to complete.

 

Products provided by local customers

We will take reasonable care of the products you provide to us. However, we are not responsible for any damage to your products caused by the customizing process. Customers providing products assume all risk of damage associated with the customizing process.

 

Urgent Orders

We are committed to meeting our delivery schedules, and our standard delivery time is 15 business days. If you require your order earlier than 15 business days, you will need to contact us to discuss your requirements, and we will do our best to accommodate your request. Rush orders often result in a need to extended hours, which requires a expedite fee to be charged.

 

Refunds policy

No refunds will be made on products that has been altered, worn or washed. If an ordered is cancelled prior to the altering being done, a refund may be given on any products only if that product can be returned to the vendor it was ordered from less a 25% restocking fee. No refund will be made on services performed. 

All returns must be approved in advance of returning any product. Any returns sent without prior approval or COD will be refused. Customer is responsible for all shipping to return the product.

All orders require a minimum 50% deposit. The deposit is only refundable if the product is returnable and no customization processes have been performed. In addition, cancelled order may be subject to a $78 cancellation fee.

 

Satisfaction Guarantee

We guarantee the quality of our products and craftsmanship. If you are not happy with the design work and you do not approve the design work, we will not charge you for our services. All quality issues with the completed customizing must be identified at time of delivery and communicated to us immediately.

If there are are any workmanship or product failure issues, we will, at our sole discretion, refund or replace your product for no charge. Unless there is a workmanship failure as determined by us (normal wear and tear or abuse are not covered), no refunds or replacements will be given. This guarantee is valid for 30 days after the invoice date.

 

Work Product files

All digitized files, original art remain the property of Ideal Stitch Designs.

By submitting a design to Ideal Stitch Designs, or using logos stored on this site, you warrant and represent that you are the sole, legal owner of all rights, including copyright, to each copyright, trademark, service mark, trade name logo, statement, portrait, graphic, artwork, photograph, picture or illustration of any person or any other intellectual property included in such design.

Furthermore, you warrant and represent to Ideal Stitch Designs that the design in no way:

  1. Violates or infringes upon any common law or trademarks, contract rights, moral rights, or rights of public performance.
  2. Is subject of any known notice of such infringement.
  3. Is subject to any restriction or right which would prevent Ideal Stitch Designs from legally reproducing the images or text submitted.

You agree to defend, at your sole expense, any claim, suit, or proceeding brought against Ideal Stitch Designs which relates to, or is based upon, a claim that any portion of the design infringes or constitutes wrongful use of any copyright, trademark, or other right of any third party, provided Ideal Stitch Designs gives you written notice of any such claim and provides you such reasonable cooperation and assistance as you may require in the defense thereof. You shall pay any damages and costs assessed against Ideal Stitch Designs and its affiliates pursuant to such a suit or proceeding. Further, you agree to indemnify and hold Ideal Stitch Designs harmless from and with respect to any such loss or damage (including, but not limited to, reasonable attorney's fees and costs) associated with any such claim, suit of proceeding.

All items shown on this web site containing corporate logos or registered trademarks are shown to illustrate Ideal Stitch Designs logo representation capabilities. Purchase of merchandise from Ideal Stitch Designs in no way, shape or form grants you permission to reproduce logos, nor does it transfer, grant or lease ownership of any logos or trademarks to you.

 

Shipping Policy

All orders shipped will be sent via Fed Ex, USPS or UPS. If you need your product sooner, you must request expedited shipment at the time of your order, which will result in higher shipping charges on your order.
